Default state for players is Full If you don't clear your data file, current state for player not wipe after plugin reinstall, only after unload plugin wipe data and load plugin -
Click on your menu button. Menu has 3 state Full/Events/Hidden

This is not a bug. You didn't wipe the server correctly. You may have deleted sv.files but not cleared the ImageLibrary data

If you set additional safe days after wipe to 25, then after each wipe you will have first 25 safe

This is problem of plugins, that you are using. For example Dangerous Treasures. This plugin has hooks, but hooks with argumanets. Hooks must be without arguments, so in last version they will not works with Hud.

1) if someone kill a sleeper -> sleepers amount decrease 2) Maybe you have enabled function that admins do not count. Check it too

Hud will not create new permissions for you. You must do it with commands or with another plugin. After this enter in Additional Buttons parameter permission to check and all will work good.

I think your hosting don't allow files modification. My plugin is rewrite himself to add custom hooks, but when he try to do it on your hosting it gets "access denied"
