You can download the latest v1 by navigating to the updates tab, click on "See changelog", select version 2.0.0 and click download. Then you get a zip file that contains v1 and v2

Are you running the latest version and did you reboot your server after installing it?

This is probably caused by new world update and changes to terrain topology. I will fix this issue in the next few weeks but at the moment I am busy with other plugins. Until there is a fix I recommend you to set the config option "Only spawn at monuments" to true for the control center. -
Please read the pinned message on top of the plugin page. I am working hard to resolve these problems, in the mean time I recommend you to stick to v1

There was a bug in the previous version where junk pile decorations have not been destroyed properly on plugin unload. This was probably causing the lag. -
