Why would you use 2 plugins that basically do the same? If you really need to use StackModifier and Loottable together there is the flag 'DisableStackingHooks ' to disable all stacking functionality in Loottable. It is documented in the plugin description under the flags section -

Hi, Apologies for the late reply. If you want the loot to be controlled by another plugin, simply leave the loot profile empty -
Unfortunately you cannot adjust the stack size of custom items separately since they are technically only skinned vanilla items. A custom item will always have the stack size of the vanilla item it was created from.- 981 comments
