This plugin only changes the recycling speed and efficiency but does not make recyclers destrucable. Looks like there is another plugin that causes this. -

There is a "real hook" that this plugin calls before spawning loot and it is called OnCorpsePopulate. It is also documented in the plugin description

There is a color marker around the control center, but your map is too small so it is not displayed. I will adjust the scaling of map markers with the next update -
