You don't have to edit the data file. Just click the edit button on the item and then a delete button will appear. If the custom item was registered by another plugin you can not delete it.

This looks like a conflict with another plugin. Do you have any other plugin installed that might add items to the loot? -
You have to add a # in front of the map marker color in the config -

The new version is fully backwards compatible and the basic functionality has already been tested by me. I am aware of these issues but I am unable to reproduce them. I already spent countless hours attempting to diagnose the problem with npc loot. The core of this plugin is over 2 years old and has become a nightmare to maintain and debug. For that reason I'm trying to get v2 out as soon as possible.
