I can't see anything wrong with the configuration. Is it possible that there is a conflict between Loottable and the old plugin? Do you get any errors or hook conflicts in the console?

No unfortunately there is no option for a global multiplier. You can multiply the items of each crate/npc individually tho

you can do this by clicking the select button on the top left, then you can select the items where you want to change the category / that you want to delete -
