So your server spawns some entities on zero coordinates and because of that it may spawn the entity on which the lucky block is triggered and turns it into a lucky block, so it is also painted, but since there are other entities, it looks like this

the /lbtest spawns the block on your position so if you an admin you can just use noclip to fly away
