1. You can't get your message edited if your new ("message with update listi") has more than limited length of symbols (because on message can be like < 2000 length) so i need to split in 2 messages the one message with update list (if you will have the "update list" lenght less than 2000) (your message which message id you are using will be edited) 2. It's sites' api problem, i will let you know if it will be fixed -

if you revoke "spprayskins.use" they can't use it
