the fields in the config are filled with what uc gets from API so it's on their side, cf can redirect old url to a new one but API donesn't store old urls

No, it's not outdated. UpdateChecker gets latest versions from the ServerArmour index, and Discord Api by Pho3niX90 is listed there without a version number, so there's nothing to compare your copy with and it shows up as a failed check. 0.0.2 is the only version that plugin has ever had, so you're already on it. To hide the line, open /ucsetup, pick DiscordApi and switch "Ignore the plugin" to True, or set "Ignore": true for it in the config.
