why are you sending weather.use send o.grant user yourname/steamid weather.use than in game in the text chatn send /wsetup

Nah, you don't have to, it should work just like that without any additional steps (only grant a perm)

Try to contact ChaosNPC pluigin dev, and ask him what's happening in the OnPluginUnloaded, i don't have his plugin so i can't check it myself

You sure you granted exactly this 'weather.use' permission? and the plugin is loaded fine with no errors right?

There is an output multiplier that applies to everything that is smelted (so when you melt wood you get 3x coal from it). Or do you want separate values specifically for charcoal?
