It's because author of that plugin are using incorrect version for plugin. Here how it should be https://semver.org/spec/v1.0.0.html

You can click "edited" and it will show you the date it was edited

Not quite sure what do you mean, since when no changes are discovered you are getting message in the console and you can see the time stamp on it, and if it's discord message you can see time too. About not found list, the plugin already has one, but if you mean not found updates it's kinda useless i mean if you are getting message that all plugins are up to date why would you need a list?
