The author can choose whether or not to have a dedicate placed for support. In this case, they've opted to keep everything in discussion. That message shouldn't be showing when there's no support tab, that's a bug on our end. -
You can use <font size=15>my text</font>, <b>my text</b>. The outline and background would need to be done in the GUI. I'm sure support could be added for it down the road but that's up to the author. -

Functionally they're likely the same. However, I do often prefer the premium variant only because the author has more incentive to support and update it, versus taking the gamble with a public version that could likely become abandoned. -

Did it stack with another in your inventory? Currently, items from your hotbar will stack if there's one in your inventory, and it's stackable. This will be sorted in a future update. @PPlank @PandaJun New update released that includes those new permissions. -
@TwoShoes Could you send me over a quick screen capture of your usage to help identify any issues? I do see I mistakenly sent the wrong error message for when a player tries to save the same hotbar more than once. Make sure you don't have any bars active when trying to create a new one. I will correct this in the next update.

@Xel It's usually fine to link to similar sites, but perhaps not rustworkshop. I'll allow that link, but I'd be cautious using that site. The owners of the site have a bad reputation for stealing plugin ideas from other devs.

@Solarix You can apply the skin ID on any items in-game. If it's not skinnable, it would only apply the icon of the item in your inventory. I do it all the time for custom items.
