does it log the votes somewhere before wiping the data ?
Optionaly send it to discord when votes are wiped ?

1. Yes it does. I just realized that plugin has to be reloaded after wiping votes manually, will patch that. 
2. It could be done, thing is that I never played around with discord bots.

Is it possible to add a timer for the vote time? Maybe 29 days to vote and then the result will be sent to the Discord? That you know which map is coming tomorrow? at 30 days wipe.

I will have to look into discord bots first, but yea I can do that. 

This is by far one one best plugins that go with the panel ui. Could you make so that when the map selected map has been chosen that it can edit the file and add the link to the custom map for next wipe?

I will add that to the list of features which I'm planing to implement. It will just take bit of time since I have other plugins in que before this one.

Right now there is only admin command to remove votes from certain player, might be added as feature later on possibly

I have added this to my welcome panel, but the page is blank, it is not showing up. If I do /votemap I can see it there, but it isnt showing up in the panel itself.... any reason?

I know there are other plugins that offer this system, but I want to have integration in the Welcome Info UI.

Hey, yes I'm well aware of kaysharp and his behavior. I made my VoteMap mainly for custom maps however procedural maps still can be added although I'm not using api to fetch them, you have to add them by yourself.  

What I offer is original and customizable design (unlike that other dude) with welcome panel integration.
I'm not interested to race with him since I have many other projects but Im not saying this wont be implemented in future. Right now I would like to add automated map change based on vote results, sort of "auto wipe".

Afternoon, Just got the plugin, Works great on the welcompanel. I was reading through the data and config section of the VoteMap. I currenlty use procedural maps. So for instance if i wanted to add in a 3800, 3700 etc with a specific seed sizes, can i just copy and past the that url from rustmaps.com into the data file. or is there another way to do it. since i would have to place in so many thumbnail imagies of the map.

Am also very interested if a rustmaps.com link maybe entering one could be automated to pull the map image and monuments list as description.

Very nice plugin. I wish the UI was bigger so more maps were shown without having to click next. Knowing rust players, this is going to skew votes to the maps on the first page. 

One other feature would be permission based number of votes (1 vote for default, 2 votes for low tier supporters, 3 votes for higher tier, etc)

Can this be made to weight votes, or even sort votes by permissions?

Use case :
Default players don't get a vote that counts 0 points. (Feedback, but does not affect decision)
VIP players get a vote that counts 1 point.
SuperVIP players get a vote that counts 2 points.
Map with most points is marked for deployment.

...and I just noticed the post above asks the very same thing. I'll post it anyway, as it's a very good question. The UI gives me 3 choices per page, and that's fine by me. I can limit my choices to 3 maps, and then rotate the whole batch per wipe. 

Part of why this weighted vote system is important is that PollMaster discord bot died, and that was the previous way in which weighted votes were a thing. The key difference with forc3d's query if that I'd like to be able to exclude default player's results, but I'd like to retain their vote data. I want to see what the random players want, but the choice needs to be in the hands of the players helping to fund the server, and that weighted by level of contribution.

Will this wipe your server BP's aswell? It would be great to set the BP's wipe cycle aswell. Thanks 

Before I purchase this Is There permissions in this so I can only give VIP access to vote???

Was there any answer to this ? I only want VIP to be able to vote (or votes to count)
