Hi! Thank you for this plugin! Definitely a great addition to our server, however, it's not always 100 % reliable. With the large player base we have (currently 100 players online in average every evening), maybe 2 out of 10 times it fails to lock the monument to the correct person.

We lock only Oil Rigs and the Cargo ship. Our conditions are set to only "one action" such as open at least one crate, swipe the card or do 300 hp damage to the NPC's. Within a week of using this plugin, we got numerous reports of players doing significant damage to the bots (killing 5 - 10;  300 HP are only two scientists), but the monument gets locked to a random person who joins and kills only one.

Another issue was:  players losing a minicopter due to this wrong locking where the minicopter ownership gets transferred to a random player as well.

After multiple attempts, we are not able to replicate this bug as it happens really randomly, we are also not aware of any errors happening.

Yes, I am aware of this issue, but I have already released an update that fixes it. The thing is that players could not become owners if they were in a team with someone. Now it works correctly

The other problem you are describing to me has nothing to do with my plugin. I have no control over minicopters or other vehicles in my plugin. Players most likely simply lost their transport in a zone that does not belong to them and could not get there to pick it up

Hello! Nice plugin but since update am having an issue with Cargoship where it will not come on the map if protective green dome is on it. It just stays on the outside.

 

Also set this on Quarries like HQM, Sulfur, Stone Quarry but seems it is not kicking me out if I try to go back in after cooldown.

Anyone else having same issues?

Hi, big thanks for your excellent plugin - worth every cent. I love it! The players on my server are super-happy with it, even though there exist some shortcomings. Overall the functionality is a giant leap in quality of life. I love the configuration options you provide, and found them working really well. Also the first time I see monument locking working even for small places like supermarkets and gas stations. This is great!

Some shortcomings I'd like to mention is regarding some inflexibility of the plugin.

  • When the ownership ends a cooldown kicks in. Should the player still be inside the monument area, it should be possible that (s)he can become owner right again, e.g. by looting the next container or operating e.g. Excavator. Especially Excavator is impossible to foresee how long the player needs, and conflicts with the next player becoming owner will happen. Some players come with 3 Diesel, others have many more. Ownership should be handled more flexible, like make it an option that the serverowner can decide a cooldown only kicks in when the player left the area, otherwise ownership can prolong or be regained.
  • It should be possible to define a Discord Hook, so that plugin activity can be monitored. This creates transparency, as messages could go to a public Discord channel, where players can see ownerships and such changes.
  • It should be made more obvious whether ONE OF some criterions must be met, OR A COMBINATION. Players get confused and don't see when they need to do multiple things. It could be given different colors, like red for combination of things and amber for one-of criterions.

Ok, well Giant excavator has it's own plugin which is better in the way you can limit how much fuel can be placed as is OP someone sticks in a days fuel leaving others waiting. Have to admit I use this for Cargo and Quarries only, as doing it for monuments is not perfect as he might be there 5 minutes more and none else can enter when he left. Saying that, there is lots of stuff in the config and people will have to deal with certain things as nothing is perfect. Love the plugin! Good luck.

I mainly use this just for Cargo and the Quarries but there seems to be an issue with the pumpjack. As when setting it to how long someone needs to be inside and operate the pumpjack it is not locked to the person.

So can you test this for me and see if my setting is wrong or that the plugin needs a lil love 8-)

Hello. Can you add a dome separately for the main building on the Launch Site? I have a problem, I created my own zone inside the building, but I still can't adjust its range only within this building, in any case, the zone goes beyond and occupies some part of the street. In addition, there is not enough height of the dome so that players do not land from above.  Thanks

U can create a custom zone for the main building on the Launch Site

It wasn't meant as offense. More of a joke. Sorry for the misunderstanding. And to say it upfront: Your plugin works great on our server. We don't have any problems with it at all.

But the thing is: If you develop outside of Windows and DotNet family then you avoid using space and special chars in filenames. Because there are 1000 things outside of your control which causes enough headache. So, you don't want to have even more headaches and troubleshooting sessions for hours for things which you can control.

Every web developer doesn't use space and special chars in filenames because it creates problems with URLs and some frameworks.
Every low level programmer doesn't use space and special chars in filenames because it can create problems with compilers.
Every mobile developer doesn't use space in filenames because there are too many different platforms out there which can't handle this.
Every Linux developer doesn't use space in filenames because it 'could' cause problems in some Linux derivates. Especially older ones.

And even Windows has sometimes problems with these kind of filenames.

So, if you develop for 10 years in different programming languages and frameworks or on different platforms and if you had these kind of problems once, then you will never use space and special chars in filenames again.

But again, your plugin works great. Even on our Linux server.
But only because modern Linux filesystems and terminals have support for such filenames meanwhile. 🙂

Hello. How to make it so Admin can enter sphere if owned already? Sometimes due to lockout, some players cannot get their stuff so would be nice if Admin could get it for them. Is there something in the config or this not an option?
