Players can spawn their personal MLRS near a Computer Station and dismiss it when they're done

- Personal to each player; no one else can take it

- Simple controls: Spawn to call it in, Recall to send it away

- Safe placement that avoids bad terrain and tight spaces

- Optional timer between uses to keep things fair

- Optional limit of one active MLRS per player
