Theres no command that takes a skin parameter.

/ipgive <target> <Optional: shortname> <optional: perks>

Since the other day, I suddenly have a blood pack in my inventory, but I can’t add any perks to it.
Do you know what’s causing it?

We are having an issue where if a kit is gained by recycling an enhanced item, that kit can't be used to enhance another item. It says the player has no enhancement kits. Any idea how to fix this?

with this command a random skinid is given from the list in the configuration, I need a specific skin to be given.
I want to make a custom craft of an item with a specific skinid. There are several items with the same short name, but different skinids, each has its own.

It doesnt support it. I have a new plugin coming out that will allow the creation of named items though.
