Similar issue I was having with aQuarry, it uses a skinned large furnace and has a built in build block if its to close to something. If it doesnt build and is blocked, the entity limiter counts it as being built as well. It also does not detect the quarry being picked up, and does not count down the limit used.

The same problem with horses and feeders, if you try to put a feeder close to the horse, it will block the installation of the feeder and will also count it towards the limit, but will not put the feeder

I just added this plugin on this month and there is a very major issue with items counting towards limits when blocked from building. Some players have hit their limits already and barely placed any of the items down.

I have a question,  if i want players to have only 4 TC.  the plugin is set for all 3 kind of TC, mean if i set it to 4, they can place 12.

same with boxes, if i set i want a player with 60 boxes, he can place 60 of each,  is it possible to set it so its 60 boxes total ? 

like have categories,  ( TC ) ( Boxes ) ( Fondations ) ?

so i can choose, 80 foundations that will be square or triangle,  80 total regardless what he place ?

because now, it will be 80 squares 80 triangle . its big base,  and i try to reduce the size .

Like the image here, he can place 200 boxes,  if there was a categories where we can add stuff, i can create a cath and put all boxes in, so a player can only deployed 50 regardless the size and format. 

FYI i love your plugin it is very friendly user compare to others.
