if the player is dead or dies when logged out then no the event will end. if they are not on to win the event then no reward as they must defete all the scientists to get the reward. -
in the config you can adjust the AncorMIn And AncorMax to streach it out bigger -

In TruePVE do you have it set so npc shoot at players?

If using just the random setting it scans for a base if finds a base it can raid it will go only after that base.. if there is other members authed on the tc they also get put in the cooldown you set so they cant be raided again for x cooldown.
