Can you add some basic code to test the connection of the current skin being downloaded and exclude if its super slow?

Why do the skins load so poorly? Do you check the latency of the skins from steam? I've wiped my skin folder, left default options for server end. The other premium skins box loads super fast.

How can we disable the other options like the last version. I dont want the discord or other button on the menu... -

I need to be able to move it. It clobbered with discord overlay & killfeed. I also cant seem to be able to get rid of the blue on the button?
