This is a minor improvement on the map. I think you can continue your wipe with the version of the map you are currently using -

Why do you need to update the map? If you have 1.1.5 version installed, then you don't need to do this. And if the electrician does not work on a custom monument, then the problem can only be that you do not have the RustEdit.dll installed -

Install the rustedit dll -
None of the other users reported about this problem. But this sometimes happens because the server is not working properly. I recommend trying to reinstall and update the server again

Download the Cableway plugin from the new update and only install it on the server. No changes have been made to the map

You can use both plugins. The difference is that JetSled is a flying sled and CustomSled makes them easier for steep jumps
