I will add Notify support in the future. There is a parameter in the config that is responsible for warning the player that time is about to run out. But I'll also think about your offer.

1) Technically, it is very difficult to limit players to own the monument permanently if they have teammates, because they can disband it and after the capture become a team again. 2) The player can still stay on the monument's territory after he gets lost, but he will not be able to become the owner again, which means that any other player can come and become the owner, and then the player will no longer be able to take the loot.
