I don't quite understand your question. What do you mean? -
My plugin does not control player damage. I did not add this feature because most of my clients have PVE servers and other plugins that prohibit always causing damage to players

1) True, this will also fix the problem since the CooldownPlayers file will be recreated with the new correct structure, but I have already downloaded an update that will do this automatically. 2) If you can visit your server, then please check if you have any duplicated zones because of which this message occurs

I don't quite understand the essence of your question

The player becomes the owner of the monument after he fulfills certain conditions for this (you can configure this in the configurations) and other players will have to wait until he releases this monument or time runs out for him (everything is also configured in the configuration). No one can take this status from him, but you can allow some actions for non-owners of the monument (also configured in the configuration)
