Default display means that recipe is displayed without any input in default recipe list. it isnt an permission. to show unlisted recipes you need to search them.

I am pretty sure one of your custom plugins makes weird things with named items. You are naming them by setting "Item Name": "Yellow Berry", Try keeping it "" and check how it will work.

idk if it will be required, the amount of working assets is very limited and if you want you can just modify it in the code, but maybe i;ll add option to modify that.
