All I know is that the developers Rust moved the lake_v2 prefab to another folder, which is why the lakes disappeared, I replaced them on all my maps. You don't have to update the map, but then you won't have lakes on the map. -

This monument is a safe zone, if the player was in a fight, then he has a timer for 5 minutes from the game. That's why the turrets are firing. You can remove them yourself, I cannot remove the turrets from the safe zone, because otherwise this monument will not be a safe zone
