Hi. No, duplicates will not be removed. Any online service or Excel will help to remove them. I will add in an update to remove duplicates.

@newp "spinner.wheel" is an item for which there are no accepted skins, so it cannot be added. But it can be done if you manually add it to the data - Skins.json and plugin configuration. I will add support for "spinner.wheel" in an update. Maybe there are still items like 'spinner.wheel'? -
