Welcome Music 1.1.0

Request: an option where when someone joins the server, it plays a mp3 to EVERYONE except for the person who's joining, because the person joining will hear the regular welcome music we set.

I have been testing the musicall command, It works for some people some of the time, but others just hear static.. if you relaunch Rust it *sometimes* gets it to work but not always.. Is this a Rust music player problem? 

Everytime someone starts a mini, can you make it play this song? 

pls make mp3 only once, not repeating
i know i could edit the duration, but thats kinda annnoying

Suggestion : I see there's an option to play only on first time, but is there a way to make it play one sound, say a long introduction/welcome the first time, and then on subsequent loads it plays a different sound?
So Bob has played the server, but not since I got the plugin (in this type of config) He joins the server and he hears me welcome him to the server, and caution him to play nice. He plays a bit and logs off, then when he loads the server after that, instead a small jingle plays. I find players often tab out while loading and the sound reminds them Rust has fully loaded in, but I don't want to subject the players to my voice every time., Once on joinin is enough.

Yea ive done github, drop box that random uploader provided in the comments am using the raw link from github and all I get is white noise is a great idea and sadly wish this plugin works but am feeling a little robbed at this point would consider this BROKEN in its current state wouldnt recommend this to anybody

@Ajie even if i put light and short 24 seconds long file, players get laags while it plays. especialy if they jumping.

same here  even if i manage how to play it... people not happy about it. they get laggs

in the end i just dropped it in my HTDOCS folder and copied the link that way and it works however the static noise is pretty bad quality lol

But i got it working

is this by anyone working ? we payed for this and its not working  i become  only static Noises and not the Music.  i use Github and this is not working

So is this working, easyish to set up and worth buying? interseted but some comments are concerning.  Also if you have music and/or menu music turned off will players still be able to hear this?
