Yeah just remove them from the loot list.

"Items that can drop from this source [profile name: drop weight]"

Hey, im cooking with ideas for this new plug, i have a question 

I have the op perks capped like -uncanny-thorns...ect if i make a shield reflect boost/buff will it stack with the Thorns from item perks?

They will roll individually. For example if you have 2 chance buffs at 50%, it will roll 2 times at 50%, not once at 100%.

I’ve noticed that none of the XP Boost tonics seem to be working, they don’t provide any bonus XP.
