A raid on a single player is never carried out at all. I decided to check, I prescribed "/randomraid here easy" he gave out "This base in on unradable terrain!" His base is on the mountain...

Most likley his base is somewhere there is no navmesh for the npc to walk on.  is it a custom map?

No, it's a Procedural Map.

Go to his tc and type /randomraid terrain   and let me know what the output is.

Perhaps the height of the mountain plays a role. Because I was making test bases. The mistake is the same on the mountain. But everything is already below without problems.

you could remove cliff from the blocked coliders in the config and test.
