Instant Animal/NPC Kill 1.0.6

Plugin need permission to use it... with out permission usage, cant use it as skill for players to learn it....

Would be cool if make cfg file for it, for example:

bear: "bear.use",

boar: "boar.use",

stag: "stag.use",

wolf: "wolf.use",

polarbear: "polarbear.use"

This will have an obtrusive effect on the abc table if it is not preceded by a letter identifying the plugin.

I was going to write about permission too, and I generally agree with you.
