I have a case where a player bought about 2,000 scrap from bandit camp selling metal frags but they logged out before the drone brought it back to the tc. If there was a log then i could verify that what they said it true.

is there an option that only the tc owner / placer can use this, with options to use in clan / team separately?

and on the pictures its open above tc, when a base is closed (vending enclosed) the drone cant get to it

Hey! if you placed the marketplace terminal in an accessible location, it will be accessible to anyone who can get close to it. However, it's tied to your TC, so it'll most likely be inside your base. It can only be used for purchases, not sales, so it will work even inside your building.

Unfortunately, access to the marketplace can't be restricted to the owner or their clan. Anyone who can get to the TC has access.
