Seriously something every server you have ever played on should implement, that is how you are going to feel about this. 

Ever get some stupid high "Youre chatting too fast" timer because you accidently hit a couple binds (prolly cause you didn't think that bind was working, or you have fat fingers) and you don't realize? 

Yup this fixes that. No more raging because you can't type or issue any type of commands at all for the next 30 seconds....
 

Works as it should to prevent chat cooldowns. A well-made plugin. Good job.
