I solved it myself so I'll change the question.
Will the effect of craft quality tea be reflected?
Can the settings (probability) be adjusted?

I don't quite understand what the tea effect has to do with it and what probability you want to adjust.

I haven't looked into the details yet,
but I've heard that if you drink crafting quality tea in vanilla, you'll get a 100% chance of getting one slot, and the chance of getting an additional slot will be several times higher.

Therefore, I thought it would be good to be able to set the probability of drinking tea in order to follow the same behavior in this plugin.

I'll think about your suggestion.

If I sell a chestplate in a shop, for example, in Shop UI, when purchased, the chestplate is added to the player's inventory. Is it possible with your plugin to ensure that every chestplate purchased from the shop always has 3 armor slots, while custom-made chestplates retain their random number of slots?

How it works: If an item has a green bar that says that the item was crafted by the player, then the slot settings are applied as for the player. And if there is no such record, then the plugin will assume that the item was given or spawned.

Before making a purchase, I would like to inquire about the quantity of armor slots I want to sell in the store. Is there any way for me to achieve this?

Take a look at the configuration example listed on the product description page.
