Gravity 1.0.8

When I update Gravity's config file and reload the plugin, it reverts to the default.
I just want to change the ”ignore admin” and ”dome” settings to true, but it's not working.
Are there any conditions I need to meet?

The following items that can be set in gravity's config are marked as admin,but they also affect moderators.
If possible, it would be helpful if you could separate the permissions.

"Ignore administrators? [true/false]": false,

How can your moderator change the configuration file?

Not possible in the current environment
Only admin can modify files
