Are the plugins included with the purchase of the map? Do they need to be purchased separately?

Only profile settings for these plugins are supplied with the map. Plugins are purchased separately. These plugins are optional, the map works without them. As a bonus, I provide profiles, since many of these plugins have been purchased

I visited the map and i think its pretty cool.  I Also remenber  a little,  DayZ/ The Walking Dead/  The Last of Us/ muvie "I'm the legend"/ Days Gone, It's a good zombie vibe to adventure.

If you like Days Gone, then you need to look at Map Oregon 1 and 2

Is the map PVP/PVE? I would like to run it on one of my servers starting tomorrow:)

does this map have a good decent area for bases i do have  ppl on the server who like to build lol? and i see it has coaling tower

Is this map compatible to be viewed with Lusty Map? I'm wondering how to enable it and have it load the correct map image file.

How do you use Lustymap? The beancan.io website is offline.

There is a workaround posted in the support forum to make the plugin work again. And from what i tested, you can use your own map image defined in the config, but you'll need the map file. I tried to use the map shown in the pictures above, but it didn't work unfortunately.

Hi, now some hosting sites do not accept links from dropbox, write to me in discord, I will send you a link.

You can also try rustmaps.com. Currently you can upload and host up to 5 maps there for free. Possibly an alternative for your problem.
