Based off of a real-world cabin that both my friend and I came across while hiking (shown at the last of the pictures), I felt like this would fit perfectly in Rust as a mini monument, as it seemed surreal that we found something like that while we were embarking on a hike. I made it as accurate to real-world scale whilst making sure it's enjoyable to traverse around with rust's hitbox sizes. 2 barrel spawns outside, 1 'tool box' spawn in the shed portion, 2 'food box' spawns and 1 'car parts bin' spawn inside. Please note that this is my first Rust asset. If you have issues, I will update it and you will get all new revisions for free.$4.00-

The hunter's house is hidden between mountains. Loot can be found in the house. Prefabs: 596 Please note: Download the prefab files and place them in RustEdit/CustomPrefabs directory of RustEdit. The prefabs can be accessed in the custom section of prefab browser. To use sinlge letters, the prefab has to be broken by selecting it (once placed) and using the "break prefab" function. Important: I don't use "prevent building sphere/cubes" in any of my prefabs, also no monument markers are set. These need to be added by yourself. If the NPCs are not wanted, press the H key (overview of all prefabs) and delete them from the prefab. Small, detailed prefab that works well with normal terrain. Entire mill is modelled as a workshop (no proper bedroom). Includes: terrain (will need to be modified to blend into the map); topologies (node spawns, pickup spawns and trees); sawmill; short river; 1 normal crate, 1 military crate, 6 barrels (30 scrap per run); 634 prefabs; NO recycler, NO cards. Good day everyone. I am presenting to you, Treasure Valley, a waterfall monument, surrounded by cliffs, a custom wooden cabin, and a small river below. Within these cliffs, a man once lived, told to have hidden all of his belongings in the waterfall. Hidden treasure awaits who have the heart and the courage to climb down the valley and seek it. Many have tried and failed, but, you will be the one to find the treasures. But a note of warning, there are some traps found in the area. Features: - Waterfall with cliffs, and below a small river with some food spawns. - The cliffs are equipped with mother natures way to provide some parkour abilities. Use these to reach the bottom. - Hidden loot crates can be found below, these includes: Basic Crates, Military Crates, Food and Medical crates also. - Total Prefabs: About 750 total. - Total additional height is about 50, recommended map height: 550 Minimum. Included is the Height, Splat, Road, and Topology appliers. (Road is used for the river) This monument requires the Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll file to be installed on to the hosting server.
