This only happens if the data file is corrupted/was deleted or the server crashed without saving the data file properly, the stacked chests cannot be destroyed by the game, the implemented system checks if the chest is in the data file, if the stacked chest is stored in the data file the onlu way it can be destroyed is with the pickup function, otherwise not even the ent kill command can destroy it The issue that you're experiencing was happening to couple of users along the years (since 2020) due to deleting their data file by mistake, servers crashing and corrupting the data file/not saving it properly
