Yes, now Building skins will check if player has a skin selected from skin wheel or not.(I have not bought the building skins also but other users tested and said its working fine.)

1- Unload BuildingSkins 2- Delete config file 3- Delete data file in /oxide/data/

You get that error when you load the plugin or after few mins ?? -
Try deleting data file after you unload building skins

No its not. Reload Image library and check console for any errors .

Delete the old config file, if you did delete the old data file.
