i don't really understand the problem. you don't have the GUI right? do you have it in personal animal? try to spawn animal and pnpc and check will be there a gui or not also does the bot works fine when you don't have a gui? no errors in the console?

Are you using a custom map? this can cause navigation problems because it's based on road paths from procedural generator (but most of custom maps are working with this plugin) Please also check minicopter because it's should work on any map
