ok i found the issue ... its the new armor plates thats in a item when player kit gets saved . my inventory restore dont compensates for it ... so i need time to figure it out as im not familiar with the new slot system... so till then you can just let players know to not enter heliwars if they wearing items with armor in them . till i can get a workaround for it

and the sound effect only going to player connection . meaning only driver hear it -
as you can see code only targets driver

all effects is only to driver . passenger is not getting any effects ( ui or sounds)

also just as a mention the event needs to stop befor the next can be called . so it is posible that you are trying 2de time before event ended and then the setup will not work . this is what @ChardaZAR was talking about normaly there is a text message to player to say that there is already a event is running that most ppl miss . but then hacking the main will not start the hack cycle of other crates

Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh my consern is more this spam you have in your console . its from rust side due to a npc not getting a nav mesh ... (not this plugin) but it could be that a npc/AI related plugin is messing with spawns which could lead to things not happening as it should as its filling up the server ticks so some functions dont fire correctly(FPS LAG), but im just speculating....

but just as a note having only 2min for hack timer . seems point less . don't really know why you would want a heavy event

please see next update .... in 1.7.0 in config you can specify witch items player get form recycler for casino items ... at moment it applies for all . but will be working on yields per item of casino . but that might take some time... Remember to delete old config before update

@hid333 added a perm to disable fuel warning for certain players and added a input to use as a temp disable per player (reload) hope this helps
