As far as I know, most of the devices are able to open zip files, you should be able too. -
Hey, there is no "config converting" feature, all I have is web editor for WelcomePanel which makes it faster and easier to set it up but thats it.

if you referring to that green bar going up and down before hitting top then sadly, nothing I can do about it, its fixed to vanilla furnace speed and I can't control it or change it. -

I would guess that its some conflict with other plugin as I can't replicate it on my end so not much I can do about, sorry. -
I was about to say, you can always change default values if furnaces feel slow -
