Position of each ui element can be changed in config but you have to understand how anchors work in Rust ui, there is no other way around it. This Image represents how anchor values are calculated.

After you load the plugin file, it should work right away and you should be able to access welcome panel by typing /info command ingame, unless there something wrong with your oxide/carbon setup.

have you tried to replicate it? does it happen every time someone cancel crafting? posting error on it's own without any info won't help me much with debugging

Hey, if you want /shop command work while Shop is used as addon, you have to put that command as custom command into Welcome Panel https://docs.rustplugins.net/welcomepanel/main Also make sure you change chat command in Shop config to something else as you can't have two plugins registering same command.

Hey, if you want to sell commands you need to go to oxide/data/Shop/Commands.json

I think only option would be to set item on cooldown which will last through whole wipe.
