Display names are not shown by default because it was not intended feature for the plugin (it does not fit the square). If you wish to enable them, you'll have to add this line under specific items where you want show the display name. "ShowDisplayName": true,

images are downloaded by ImageLibrary plugin from https://wiki.rustclash.com/group=items, if your server cannot access this domain you'll have to supply your own images hosted somewhere where your server can reach them.

Unfortunately I could not replicate your issue, I tested multiple different configs I had from customers including yours and none of them throwing errors

Codefling has issue with site where "Depends on" and "Works with" disappears from time to time. -
