Hey there. Just wondering if there is any sort of volume control, or positional audio with this plugin? Curious if I can play a sound effect when someone dies and its quieter the farther away you are from it, or if I'd have to use the zone playback so it only plays for those close to it (at the same volume I assume). Thanks in advance.

Interesting, seems to only be an issue with 7zip for me. Windows explorer works fine. Ig I'll look into it on my end lol

internal readonly record struct NavRowLayout(string RowId, string Label, string Icon, float YMin, float YMax); When using the above line alloy spits out this error: [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/GamePanel: Ui/Nav.cs:18:53 — CS0518: Predefined type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.IsExternalInit' is not defined or imported [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/GamePanel: Ui/Nav.cs:18:67 — CS0518: Predefined type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.IsExternalInit' is not defined or imported [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/GamePanel: Ui/Nav.cs:18:81 — CS0518: Predefined type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.IsExternalInit' is not defined or imported [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/GamePanel: Ui/Nav.cs:18:93 — CS0518: Predefined type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.IsExternalInit' is not defined or imported [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/GamePanel: Ui/Nav.cs:18:105 — CS0518: Predefined type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.IsExternalInit' is not defined or imported If this is just not a supported feature that is okay, just wanted to report it so maybe a more clear message can be given. Below is the change I made to avoid this: internal readonly struct NavRowLayout { public readonly string RowId; public readonly string Label; public readonly string Icon; public readonly float YMin; public readonly float YMax; public NavRowLayout(string rowId, string label, string icon, float yMin, float yMax) { RowId = rowId; Label = label; Icon = icon; YMin = yMin; YMax = yMax; } }

Forgot to add, if you manually unload <pluginname> then alloy.load <pluginname> will work, however auto builds afterwards will fail again and require the manual unload/load until server restart.
-
If you remove the alloy.json to replace it then alloy thinks the plugin is loaded twice. [Alloy] [build] plugins/Contraband: plugin 'Contraband' loaded (17 files, 0.16s) [Alloy] [plugin] plugins/Contraband: removed (alloy.json deleted) Unloaded plugin Contraband v1.0.0 by marxy [Alloy] ERROR: [scan] plugins/Contraband: not registered — Duplicate plugin name: 'Contraband' is already taken by another folder. Rename the plugin (name in alloy.json) or the folder. Preloaded plugin Contraband v1.0.0 by marxy [Alloy] [build] plugins/Contraband: plugin 'Contraband' loaded (17 files, 0.16s) [Alloy] ERROR: [build] plugins/Contraband: build failed — Duplicate plugin name: a plugin named 'Contraband' is already loaded (not via Alloy). Rename your plugin. Found this by accident and will just try to copy over rather than delete first, but thought I'd report it

Currently the trade confirmation message is sent to the Target instead of the Creator if there is a fee used. WTrading.Instance.LocalisedReply(Target, "commands.trade.request_sent_fee", Creator.Name, WTrading.Instance.FormatFee(_fee)); This should be flipped to read: WTrading.Instance.LocalisedReply(Creator, "commands.trade.request_sent_fee", Target.Name, WTrading.Instance.FormatFee(_fee));

Works without error, ty

This is the only plugin out of over 200+ that gives an error while using ReadObject. You need to try/catch it or just use ExistsDatafile first.
-
It seems like FirstSpawn never gets set to true, and since the PlayerData class does not set a default, it defaults to false. I had to add a line under 497: data.FirstSpawn = true;

I host it myself on a dedicate.d server. The file does not exist so no amount of read permissions will fix that. As I said, I only have the halloween addon, not the jungle one that is throwing the error.

Sorry, I no longer have the log handy. Tldr, i insalled just this and the halloween pack, but it tried to load the jungle pack and threw an exception because that file doesnt exist, therefore not importing any other ones. I hot fixed it on my server by checking if the addon file exists before trying to load it and skipping if not as I dont have any addons except the halloween one.
-
I bought the base plugin and then the halloween pack, however it throws an exception trying to load the jungle pack and never attempts the other packs.

It was fixed from him picking it up and replacing it. I.e. when he picked it up, he then had 2 storage adapters and the placement worked fine. it's the exact same issue here. Being hostile towards someone trying to help you fix a persistent issue is unnecessary. I've explained the issue. Will not be buying again.

1) The problem is only in one place, you just need to check if the entity is a quarry or not. 2) If its broken, im going to patch it so its not broken, That's the magic of c# scripts. 3) This issue has been reported by someone else, this was 2 months ago. https://codefling.com/files/support/28809-cannot-place-storage-adapters/
-
Not sure why the need to be rude about it. If you feel like writing a 2 line change a slightly different way to feel better about it then go for it. It's been a problem for 2 months now without a fix.
-
I explained the problem and even pointed to the line of code you need to fix. If you chose to leave your plugin in a semi-broken state, that's up to you.
-
Line 8980 does not check if the entity is a miningquarry. Meaning you have to have more than 1 storage adapter to place it on anything. Required change attached. fix-storage-adaptor-recycler.diff.txt
