Hey! there is a setting in the config, this is a timer after which the crate will be destroyed after it has been looted by a player. This is necessary in order to complete the event. Crates can also be destroyed when the next event begins, NPCs and everything associated with the event will also be destroyed (in this case, just increase the time between events). Please check it out and let me know the results.

Hey! is the dome enabled in the settings? Crates are blocked only for the event owner, the player can loot them even if the NPCs are alive, perhaps some other plugins influence it. Show me your config and describe the problem in detail, we’ll try to figure it out
