There are some issues with the current version, but I will be releasing an update today that fixes all these problems -
This is not an issue of this plugin, but I will try to work together with the developer of this plugin to get the problems fixed -
I am already workiing on a fix, it will be released within the next weeks

Okay this is really weird. I tried it my server and everything worked fine. Can you please send me a copy of your config file so I can replicate your secenario. If still won't be able to identify the issue I will do a full re-write of the crafting system since many people apparently have this issue. -
Any clues with the below please ? is this yesterdays update that's broken something ?

This plugin determines the biome based on the biome topology of your map file. Either you misconfigured the biome mask for the different tiers or the biome topology of your custom map is not correct.

As far as I know there is no option for me to refund a double purchase. I suggest you to contact the codefling support for a refund.

The weed looking like sticks usually happens when the weed skin is still loading. Did you grant yourself the ganja.craft permission? If you can see the crafting ui, do you get any errors in the console when trying to craft a joint`?

Try unloading the plugin temporarilly and see if the issue persists

Are you using any other plugin that changes gather rates or something similar. If thats the case which plugin are you using?

Gather rates below 1.0 are not enabled by default since in some cases they can cause errors. If you want to enable it anyways you need to enable the flag UnlockGatherMultiplier. Refer to the Flags part of description for more details

Try removing CustomSkinsStacksFix. You don't need it as this plugin already implements that functionality.

I just tested it and it worked fine. Was the crafting button red or green when you tried to cradt? -

I just tested it myself and it was working fine. Do you have any plugins that might interfere with gathering? -
