The map is for role play, that's why they are empty, they are that way so that the players can fill them in as they wish, it will depend on the role you want to give them, with NPC Shop plugins it solves the NPC thing and with the construction thing the same thing, unblocking locked construction tools solves it, only those with the role of builders can build sensibly. If you want me to make the map to your liking, you will have to pay for it separately. In any case, I will put some glue so that they do not build on the buildings. and the failure of the npc shop I will also look at it.

I can't put the entrance of the tunnel from surface to subsoil since there is a bug in the editor and having to do it manually without the proper connections can lead to failure, to avoid this until it is solved I won't put it. -
