is the tc limit such that it has to be shared with anyone in the clan or each clan member can apply the number of tc up to the limit to be configured?

possible to limit the tc to the clan?

What advantage does this plugin have over the free one on umod?

Each member has the limited number of the TC. I didn't analyze yet the possibility to have a limitation like that, since there is so much exploit case.. like somebody have already 3 somewhere, then join to the clan, then what ..  But interesting idea, i think about it, sorry for the late respond, but i didn't get notification about any question regarding my plugins ...

To be honest, i was not aware, there is a similar one on umod, so i can't answer this, but based on that description it is similar to this.

How can I add more limits to the TC

I only see 2 in the config:

  "extra_TC_to_allow": 2
}

I would like 2 as default and then maybe a 5, 10 and 15

"minimum_allowed_TC" is the default, in your case the 2.
the "extra_TC_to_allow" is what you can add as a permission base extra.. You can only set 1 value here. In your case i would go with 15, as a maximum possible, and you can give out 5-10-15 amount of extra, as permission, if it is needed to distributed for example by groups/players/etc... The name of the permissions will be like tclimiter.extra_1 to tclimiter.extra_15

Can you make the history auto-wipe when the server wipes or make the /wipetc a console command and chat command?

Added a configurable option for the NEW wipe, and also now the wipetc command working both from server console and from chat (if you have permission still)

Thank you for the quick update, but the console command doesn't work, nor does the chat command now. I deleted the plugin and config and reloaded the plugin. But now, none of its works. 

I need to wipe TC data since it is saved from the last wipe. I tried to delete the data folder associated with it, hoping that would clear it, but when I reloaded the plugin after deleting the data folders, they were regenerated with the same data. I have no idea where this data is stored. But its actually now impossible to remove people form the TC limiter.

I will have to remove the plugin entirely until you fix this.

You need to unload the plugin before delete the data, because on reload it save all the prevously read in data. BUt then we misunderstood each other.  The wipetc command is for the permissions only, since it is consider that the server owner delete all the data while the server is updating for the new Rust version, along the other plugins data. Then you want this to be automatic, i will take a look on this request.

I have permission set for the highest rank (extra 10), but /tclist shows 0 of 4 allowed. 
Everyone on the server reports it's broken and they have only 4 max. I tested myself with an extra 10 and an extra 3, it's always max 4tcs.
Any ideas?
