I don't believe this is a Skinner issue. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue and if there's a possible fix?
I'm wondering if it's possible to save the skins locally onto my server and have them load from there instead?

You can use graphics.itemskintimeout 0 in the F1 each time you connect.
