is it possible to blacklist all hoodies so the hoodie can't be skinned at all? if so how to I type it on config unser blacklist  "hoodie" ?

latest update is wiping player inventories when claiming kits (rust kits, umod)
no issues with skin controller unloaded

spawning a hazmatt can be skinned, finding one in crates not
