im having issue with players not showing the message for kills 

also can you add different vip sections where they get more rp then a default player would?

Do you have economy enabled in the configuration?

Regarding your comment about the bonus points and/or multipliers potential, I will look into adding this when I release a new version.

When I update the plugin, I will include this. However, I do not know when this update will be, and I cannot promise it will be soon.

I personally recommend using the Custom Icon plugin by collectvood, at least for the icon. When it comes to the name (I assume you mean prefix), just add it into the language file entry.
