- Fixed guntraps/turrets shooting npcs when base loads
- Fixed AddNear.NullReferenceException when plugin unloads
- Fixed bases spawning on various objects such as planks in the ocean or other world prefabs
- Added `Refunds => Block Despawn If Anything Is Looted` (true)
- Added messages for when players have been blocked trying to despawn a base that has been damaged or when anything has been looted
- Updated buyable event UI text colors to work with contrast and difficulty color options when those are enabled
- Updated stationary npcs on the roof to become unresponsive less often
