are these properties protected until someone buys or lease them 

What if someone raids them before they have bene purchased ???

Yes they are protected when you added a new property to the list it automatically locks the lock code. And when you get it back it re-locks.
In case of attack the stiffness will have access to the owner

Can you make so I can say have it where I can add it the shop and the player buys it from the shop and the base pastes it somewhere where there is room?

So instead of say doing /property you could have a command that spawns a base for the player to buy say like property.buy userid SoloBase

So When the base is respawn via copypaste the when the players trys to access his house he bought it wont let him access it.

Yes but if you enabled and the Economics plugin is on your server, it will be the main source of payment

So before I buy.
Do you have to have a TC?
I am looking for a way to make a Hotel on a safe zone. I have been using Zone Manager and using its permission flag handed out by a quest, but its not good if your want to have your Rust girlfriend over for dinner. This seams much cooler of a process.

Picture a 4 floor Brownstone Building in outpost with 4 doors. 1 TC would lock out all the floors.

I know there are other hotel plugins but none that work like this.

You could create a zonemanager zone and enable the no build flag this would prevent players placing a TC inside the "hotel".

Yes, I mean does property manager need the TC. The video shows placing of a mailbox, door, box, and TC locks.

Great plug-in.
However, I would like to share with you a little something extra for the plugin.

When creating the property, it would be nice for the property to not decay until the property has been taken by player.

When the player takes the property, it decays and if the player returns the property, it no longer decays.

Do you think this will be possible because it would be a +..

I think it would be better for the plugin. because otherwise the houses decay while waiting for a player to take it. And therefore must be repaired each time and therefore this is not really feasible.

But if a player takes the house, then it decays.
And if the player returns the house, then it no longer decays.
